Hello!

We are Marissa and Brandon, and we can’t wait to be parents.

We met in the fall of 2014, and started dating almost immediately. We got engaged in December of 2019. We knew we would be adopting a few years into getting married, so, we asked our family and friends to contribute to an adoption fund instead of giving us wedding gifts. We got married in a beautiful garden center surrounded by our loved ones! Since then, we have been enjoying married life and planning to grow our family through adoption.

Brandon works in healthcare IT as an Epic Certified Analyst where he works remotely to support a hospital system’s scheduling and referrals software. Marissa is a Manager of Environmental Health and Safety where she works to prevent accidents and monitors health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace. We are both in great places with our careers and feel ready to support a new member of our family.

We live in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, in a townhouse right across the street from a beautiful dream park where lots of children enjoy spending time year-round. The park has a large playground, a picnic area, and a big hill for sledding in the wintertime. We love our neighborhood and enjoy visiting the local coffee shop and going on walks. We spend time outdoors as much as we can. We also prioritize spending time with family and friends, and have a vast support network through these relationships. Everyone in our lives is incredibly supportive of our adoption journey and cannot wait to meet their new family member.

We hope our profile gives you an idea of who we are, but we would love to answer any other questions you might have. We would cherish an opportunity to meet and get to know you. We are committed to building a relationship with a level of openness that works for everyone. We plan to honor our child by ensuring they understand their adoption story. From the start, they will always know that you are the person that brought them to us.

Our child will know that they are loved unconditionally. We commit to having the patience that parenthood demands. We commit our whole life, now until forever.
