Hello! We’re Jim and Heidi. (...and Max & Pax)

Thank you for taking a little time to get to know us! We imagine that considering adoption is an incredible personal journey, and we have so much gratitude and respect for the love, thought, and courage that brought you here.

Becoming parents is something we have hoped and prayed for, and we feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to grow our family through adoption. We are excited to open our home, our hearts, and our lives to a child and to give them a childhood filled with love, laughter, stability, and endless support.

Jim works remotely for a university, where he helps develop a reading curriculum for young learners. Before this, he was a teacher, reading interventionist, and literacy coach. He also loves to write and recently published a picture book written for teachers. When he isn't working, you'll usually find him hunting, golfing, staying active, or spending time with family.

Heidi also works remotely, supporting a variety of companies and organizations with bookkeeping and payroll. She loves reading, staying active, spending time with family, and, most of all, being home. She also enjoys creating candles and sharing them with others through her small business.

More than anything, we hope to provide a child with a home where they always feel safe, supported, and deeply loved. We want to encourage their interests, celebrate who they are, teach them to be kind, and to follow their dreams.
