Hi there!

Our names are John and Emma, and we are so excited to start our family through adoption. Thank you for taking the time to view our profile, we hope you find a real connection.

We have been together for over eight years now and married for two of them. We met working at our first job post-college and were good friends for about a year before we started dating. Together we enjoy cooking, golfing, going for walks with our dogs, having game nights and watching and attending all things Wisconsin sports!

We live in Sturtevant, WI, with our two pups, Piper (9) and Sully (8 mo.), in a ranch-style home with a fenced-in backyard. We are within walking distance of two different parks and a brand-new k-8 school opening up this fall. Our neighborhood hosts various holiday events such as trick-or-treating and a costume contest for Halloween, a parade for Memorial Day, and fireworks on the 4th of July.

Both of us are fortunate to have extremely supportive families who are just as excited about adoption as we are – Emma’s side is about an hour away in Madison and John’s an hour and a half away in Appleton. We each have one younger sibling who are both expecting their first child this summer. We are looking forward to becoming an aunt and uncle and are so excited that our child will have close cousins to grow up with!

We have received so much love and support from friends and family along the way and we hope to pass that on to you. We can’t imagine the process and emotions you are working through right now, and we truly admire your courage.
