My name is Christina. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me and my family! I am very excited to welcome a child into my home and provide a loving, safe, and supportive environment to learn and grow in.

I am an elementary music teacher and have been teaching for 16 years. My first teaching job was Kindergarten through 12th grade band and general music. I loved getting to work with children of all ages. I am currently teaching in a rural district in the Madison area. I’ve taught hundreds of students over the years and have learned so much from every student and every experience. It has been a blessing to watch my students grow and achieve great things.

My faith plays a very significant role in my life and I feel blessed to have a wonderful church community that has supported me and lifted me up in so many ways. I am very involved in the music ministry of my church. I sing and play a variety of instruments with the church band, including flute, saxophone, drum set, and ukulele. God has blessed me in so many ways and I am thankful to be part of the life of the church and in spreading the good news of Jesus!

I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan along the shores of Lake Superior and I am proud to be a Yooper. I enjoy visiting my family during the holidays and in the summer. I love kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and pontooning at the lake where my parents live. My younger brother and his family also live in the U.P. My nephew and niece are at very fun and active ages (3 and 1) and I love spending time with them during my visits. My family is everything to me and I feel so blessed to have their constant love and support.

I live in a newer ranch home with my black cat Milo. Milo and I love sitting out on the porch on warm, sunny days. We live close to a beautiful walking trail and there are many parks throughout the neighborhood. I have close friends who live in the area and we enjoy going on walks and hikes. I am thankful to have friends who are like family to me.

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. Adoption has always been close to my heart as I have many close family members (including my dad) and friends who have been adopted. I believe it is important for your child to know and understand their adoption story. I would love the opportunity to build a relationship with you and your family! God bless!
