Will I see my baby again? | Adoptions of Wisconsin

Will I see my baby again if I make an adoption plan?

babyMaking an adoption plan doesn’t mean that you cut all ties with your child. If you want to have an on-going relationship with your child we will help connect you with prospective adoptive parents who want the same.

At Adoptions of Wisconsin, Inc. (AOW) we encourage birth parents and adoptive parents to have lifelong relationships based on honesty, respect and trust. AOW staff empowers birth parents and adoptive parents create the type of relationship they want to have for the long run. If you want to have in-person visits with your child after the adoption is finalized AOW will help you connect with prospective adoptive parents who look forward to the same type of relationship.

Most prospective adoptive parents are open to exchanging emails, pictures and/or having in-person visits. Having an ongoing relationship such as this is called an “open adoption”. AOW encourages birth parents and adoptive parents to have an open adoption. If you would like to know more about open adoption, please feel free to connect with an AOW staff member at info@adoptionsofwisconsin.com or (608) 821-8220.
