The Post Adoption Resource Center (PARC) of Southern Wisconsin is a partnership between Catholic Charities Madison and the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families. PARC’s goal is to support and strengthen adoptive families by offering education, support services, and help finding resources.
PARC knows that adopting a child is a lifelong commitment. Adoptive families, birth parents, and adoptees both child and adult can find themselves in circumstances that they could not have predicted. PARC offers support and services free of charge to anyone involved in an adoption, regardless of they specifics of the situation Adams, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Dodge, Grant, Green, Iowa, Juneau, Lafayette, Richland, Rock or Sauk Counties in Southern Wisconsin.
