Hello everyone! We’ve got Attorney Lynn Bodi’s recipe for buche de noel today. In the two pictures below, you can see her recipe. As you can see, she recommends using 1.5x the frosting recipe!
We took care of the hard parts before we started taking photos, so we’ll cut ahead to fully baked and frosted iteration of the recipe:
Once you’ve added some frosting and rolled the log, add some sugar to give the cake a snow frosted effect!
for garnish, cut some mint candy leaves in half as Miss Bodi demostrates in the photo below, and then add them as decoration to the cake!
If all goes well, you’ll have a beautiful cake like this to serve to your guests whenever you’d like.
